Participation Terms Giveaway

1. Subject matter

These participation terms govern participation in the "Beta Launch Giveaway" of Movana (hereinafter "Organizer"). A total of 10 high-quality Movana T-shirts will be awarded.

2. Eligibility

Eligible are natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the Organizer are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period and mode

The giveaway ends with the official start of the beta phase of the app (expected Q2 2026).

Participation takes place through:

• Entry on the waitlist (= 1 ticket)
• Successful referral of friends via the personal link (= 1 additional ticket per referred friend)

More referred friends significantly increase the chance of winning.

4. Winner determination and notification

Winners are selected at random from all tickets after the participation period has ended. Notification is sent by e-mail to the address provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the claim expires and a new draw is held.

5. Data protection

Providing an e-mail address is required for participation. Data is used exclusively for carrying out the giveaway and for information about the app launch. Our Privacy Policy applies.

6. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or adjust the giveaway early if there are important reasons.
